Hey folks,
So after a major disaster with my old RAMPS board, I've migrated to a new RUMBA board and a new PSU. Although I've made good progress, I've some major problems with the motors and endstops.
1. What works?
Switchable fan, heaters, thermistors, case fan.
2. What doesn't?
Well, for now, motors. They will move in the + direction in repetier host, but when I press the - direction, I get an endstop echo. Similarly, pressing the home buttons moves it about 5mm. Because I'm getting an endstop echo, I have a feeling that possibly the end stops may not work either, but I'm not entirely sure how I can test them at this stage.
So that's how it stands. I've very limited knowledge on the electronics/arduino side of all this, so I really don't know where to start. Any help is massively appreciated!
