Thanks for the tip. I'll try to find that.
Hmmm - sometimes the encoder works in the right direction ie - up and down in menu tree options is correct.When changing number values it works in the opposite direction.

Thanks. That did the trick - adding
#define ENCODER_PULSES_PER_STEP 4
#define ENCODER_STEPS_PER_MENU_ITEM 1
as suggested to config.h
Feels like a brand new encoder!
