Found some small drill bits. The set includes 10 bit ranging from 80AWG (0.34mm) to 61AWG (1mm). It's available through Amazon for $10. [www.amazon.com]

(Looks like the plastic case has a sliding cover to dispense one bit at a time. Despite the "Dremel compatible" in the title the drills don't seem to have a 1/8" shank so you need a chuck to use them on a Dremel. You can get the chuck from Amazon for $7.20.)

Micro-Tools.com has a similar wire-gage drill set for $5.70 and a 15-piece metric set (0.3, 0.35, 0.4, 0.45, 0.5, 0.55, 0.6, 0.65, 0.7, 0.75, 0.8, 0.85, 0.9, 0.95, 1.0mm) for $3.45. Another set for the same price covers 1.05mm to 2.0mm.

Wow! Thanks for the head's up on Micro-Tools.com. That little $3.45 set is VERY cost effective. Better still they are right up the road from me in Vacaville. Perfect!

Could you pls send me the price for 0.55mm and for 0.8mm drills. I'm interested in about 5,000 pieces each.
