Hey everyone,
So I finished my build of my mendel, and I need to install the firmware to get this bad boy running.
I downloaded the Marlin firmware, and I see the configuration file.
Problem is I really am not sure how to configure it for my exact machine.
Some of the things are obvious like using 34 for the Ramps 1.4, but many things I have no clue about.
For example:
Homing feedrate
DEFAULT_AXIS_STEPS_PER_UNIT
and many other things that I would assume would vary based on my hardware, like my size of my machine, the steppers used, the threads used, etc.
I have been searching but I cannot find any source that will walk me through these settings to configure it perfectly for me.
Does anyone know of such a source?
