X moves when homing Y

Hello guys,

I just built my second printer, Marlin based. All the axis move correctly, the endstops work perfectly.

The error comes when I try to home the X or Y axis. Z axis just does correctly.

When I press home X axis, the Y axis do the home movement and viceversa!

I tried it with Pronterface and Repetier. I suppose that it's something firmware related but I haven't found any variable for that.

Does someone know how to proceed?

Regards

Are the motor connectors on the rampsboard in the right place, x on x and y on y?

It won't be where the end stops are connected. If you have the x and you end stops swapped, the correct axis will move, it will just crash through the endstop. More likely the motor connection. Although you say manual motion works correctly. There is no firmware setting for which axis homes with which command.

Thank you all of you for your support.

I discovered that the error was firmware related, all connections were OK, but homing all axes swaps the axes to control the travel of the extruders over the heat beda at the end of the printing process. This way the extruders don't hit a part of the printer.
