What slicer are you using? You need to tell your slicer the bottom layer height.

I recorded a litle video, showing the print about 20mm above the glass, even with the Z home touching the flass as supposed.

EDIT: and here is the video since the start of printing. I am using Cura software.

The slicer is the program that turns your object to be printed into g code that your printer understands. How are you sending things to the printer?

I was using cura software from ultimaker.

I was reading and the slicer isnt a standalone software I believe. Should I use some other software?

No - there is nothing wrong with cura. I don't really know it though. The slicer produces gcode, and the g code specifies the height to print at. Just because your printer homes correctly doesn't mean it has anything to with what happens when you print. If your g code says to print at a height of 10 mm or even 10 cm, that is what your printer will do. What does your g code look like. Could you post the first 50 or so lines?

You'll find more peer support, at least in these forums for Slic3r than Cura. Cura is a simplification of the interface of the software tool chain that Ulitmaker uses to make the machine more user friendly. According to daid the core developer they are currently rewriting the slicing engine. I have Cura and like the integration and UI though at this point I'm more used to Pronterface/Slic3r and use those primarily.

When one has an issue like this it's best to look at the gcode the slicer has generated for that particular part. That will give you a place to start. I'd reckon it's something either in the software config or in the gcode that can be appended at the start of the print.
