I have recently constructed a Prusa Mendel i2, with a Gen6 for a brain. All the mechanics work good, I am able to manually move every axis and extrude plastic. I am able to begin a print. It seems to be working fine. Then it just disconnects and stops moving. The printer is still on, but I have to disconnect and reconnect to get pronterface to control it.
