I have a DiyTechShop i3a and had the Y idler crack next to the bearing, so I printed another one and it cracked there also. First I think that it would be a lot stronger if the bearing in was boxed in, but maybe I am not using the right settings. Anyone else have this problem?
if i know what your talking about then you need to look at what your settings are for the infill and making the part strong, try different postition so if for example the layers are going horizontal and if the break following the layers try printing it vertical or a different orientation which is managable
