how do i get rid of these lines?

id rather my prints be more "solid" then have these valleys in it

also

wtf is causing the tearing in the second picture?


these are my cura settings

and im running a prusa i3 using arduino with marlin software

1.75mm PLA filament

i do have a solid metal hotend i can install and use its brand new in box...

For the first image, perhaps your extrusion steps are a little too high. For the second, try increasing your PLA print temperature.
