Hy

I bought a second Sanguino now with a 1284p instead of the 664p

The time to connect to the board or uploading the firmware take very very long compared to the 664p (still gen6 and ramps are alot faster)

Is there a possibility to speedup the loading times ? (removing unused code from marlin ? )

Does it matter wether firmware uploading takes 10 or 20 seconds? If you want to change that, you'd have to upload a faster bootloader. There are ones running at 115200 baud, for example the one inside this package: [github.com] (click on "view raw").

Firmware uploading takes 1:17 min !

Connecting to the printer 15 seconds.

So i need a eeprom burner to load another bootloader into the chip ?

You need an ICSP programmer. The most simple one is shown here: [arduino.cc] , many others are available.

BTW., bootloader and firmware haven't neccessarily the same baud rate. Perhaps it's sufficient to upgrade the firmware.

I`ll built one and try it first with my 664p board.

I`m Using Marlin RC3, and i`m experimenting with Z-Jerk , but unfortunatly the LCD does not support Z-Jerk and some other stuff to change on the fly sad smiley
