It would requred plugin code similar to that used by smoothstepper. I'm sure someone is working on it but I'm not aware of any working solutions. Keep in mind that Mach3 and Ramps both output step and direction signals so the only reason you would want one to drive the other is if your computer can't keep up. For printing this wouldn't be popular.
