H21LOB Opto Sensor

I have some H21LOB opto sensors from my old gen 6 board. I want to connect them to my new Ramps 1.4, but I cannot figure out the wiring. The Ramps has a Pos, Neg, and Sig pin for each sensor. But I have four pins coming from each sensor and none of the colors match up. Is there any way, maybe using a volt meter or oscilloscope, that I identify the wires coming from the sensor? Or are these even compatible?

You need to add a 220 ohm resistor to the emitter, then connect the emitter across the Pos-Neg. The output goes to the Pos (vcc), Neg (Gnd) and Signal (Vo). Vo should also be pulled high by a 10Kohm resistor.

You basically want to build the circuit that is on the old Gen3 opto boards [reprap.org]. The LED is an optional extra.
