Does anyone have a point of contact/phone number for Panucatt?

I'm running out of polite and congenial options here.

I've submitted a ticket via their contact form, posted a ticket via their online support portal, mailed their support E-mail and even mailed Roy directly, with no response.

From what I see on here and various other places this is rather typical.

If anyone can assist I would be eternally grateful.
