How to print a pin in a hole?

I have a part I want to print as one print, however it has a mating pin in holes (Basically a hinge). Is this possible to print in one go, or do I need to break it up?

I think I know what you mean. You could maybe do it if you added some weird support in the STL, but I don't think any program will help you make a good hinge out of the box. If you're printing on glass you can easily cut your model in a few pieces, just slice it right in half with meshlab or openscad. The best part about printing on glass is that the parts will match perfectly since each half will be completely flat. If you have the printer calibrated for Z just right you'll never notice the seem when you glue it together. Its perfectly acceptable to have to glue a part together. We don't have $40,000 commercial printers that do everything perfect, we're just hacking it together.

Orient it such that the pin is a tower surrounded by the socket?
