Did you check the basics?
- 12V power?
- step sticks seated correctly on the ramps board?
- all jumpers placed under the ramps board?
- are there more than 3 jumper slots per step stick, try locating docs for configuration and put the proper jumpers in place.
- did you read and configure the configuration.h file? It may take a few hours to a day depending on familiar you are with 3d printer firmwares. Most important for motion is board type, endstop and homing config, type of xyz configuration, corexy or cartesian, bed size, steps per mm. Then check velociity and acceleration. The default settings are often too high.
- what software did you use to move the axes? Does it work from the lcd screen menu?
- does it make any sound? Do you have a dvm to take neasurements?
