I've just built a new Mendel90 thanks to nophead, and first prints are looking quite good. But due to constantly wanting to tinker and improve can some one help with the below pictures.
3mm abs
0.3mm layers
70% fill
top/bottom 3 layers solid
0.4mm nozzle
Bed 110c
Extruder 225c
ABS juice (strangely doesn't work that well for me no matter little abs or lots).
Extrusion multiplier calculated
Lift Z 0.35
Problems:
Edges curve out top and bottom.
Two of the four corners have a type of blob right on the edge all the way up.
Anything else you see.
