The part isn't filled in curves

Hello,

I'm setting up my 3D printer (Reprap) and I have some troubles.

I success to print a full 20mm^3 cube without big problems of filling. But when I have to fill thick curves (3mm), there are some lacks of plastic.

As you can see :

The first layer is "perfect" :

And the other side...

Do you have any ideas ?

In my opinion, it seems the wire doesn't cling to the other layers. May be I have to incrase bed temperature during printing ?

Thank you,

Is that part suppose to be round? If it is, there are a lot of issues with your machine. Current temps?

Yep ! The part is supposed to be round ^^"

For the moment, I don't control precisely the shape and sizes of my parts. For the size, I hope the Extrusion multiplier will fix that. And for the shape... I don't have idea, I think the raw material collapse on itself during printing. I don't know.

The current bed temp is 125°C for the 1st layer and then 115°C for the others. And the heater temp is 255°C for the 1st layer and then 245°C. I'm working with white ABS.

high on your temps, if the thermistor is correct. should be about 15 to 20 degrees lower on the hot-end, and 110 for bed first layer then dropped to 80-85 for rest of print.

Over temp can cause those distortions. ABS can extrude below 200C, it just doesn't bond to itself at lower temps.
