Repetier/Slic3r doing extra layers???

So I am printing some t-nuts for a printer I am building and I notice Repetier/Slic3r goes passed the number of layers it originally sliced.

Is this normal?

It may be Repetier Host, as I have different numbers of layers when slicing in Simplify3D and running the GCode in RH. I think they changed how they number layers [doesn't count first layer as actual first layer, etc.]

Hmmm. weird. Cause it went to 2 extra layers before I noticed and stopped it.

With my S3D as the slicer I've seen four extra layers beyond what Repetier Host says.
