my extruder is prusa i3 rework,
hotend J-Head Mk IV-B 0.3mm from makerfarm,
fillament 3mm.

hello, two weeks ago I built my printer. In a First days everything was fine, but two days as I have a strange problem. I am a beginner and dont know whats wrong. here is a picture of my problem:



The ABS did not fill perimeter. what's wrong. please help me. I am using slic3r 1.0.0. but same issues with 0.9.9.

try 'Repetier host' with 'Slic3r' it may see if its a software thing, or a problem with the printer.
it is much more user friendly, just set your settings and slice and print.

It's not a slicing problem. It looks like it may be the nozzle height is too large. Check it after homing, and up to temp, for 0.1mm max - a little closer if possible. A piece of copy paper should drag gently under the nozzle (rather than slip smoothly.) Also, print 2 or 3 skirt loops around the object (set in Slic3r) to get a good priming of the extrudate.
Have you set your bed temp to at least 100C?
Are you printing on glass or directly on the PCB - can't see any glass reflection?
