Rostock calibration problem

Hi All!

I have a problem I can not solve.

My moving plastic parts were getting worn down so I have printed new parte for my Rostock delta 3D printer.

Platform internal measurement between diagonal rod = 67mm.

Carriage internal measurement between diagonal rod = 67mm.

Here is the calibration data are from the old parts.
Delta radius = 126

There is 50mm. between each measurement:
Z
0,0mm. 0,0mm. 0,1mm.
0,1mm. 0,1mm. 0,1mm.
0,2mm. 0,0mm. 0,2mm.
Y X

Here are calibrerings data with the new parts.
The new platform is slightly larger, making Delta radius slightly smaller
Delta radius = 112.537

There is 50mm. between each measurement:
Z
0,2mm. 0,2mm. 0,0mm.
0,0mm. 0,2mm. 0,1mm.
0,3mm. 0,0mm. 0,2mm.
Y X

I have rotated the platform 120dg and measured again to see if what I measure also is rotated

There is 50mm. between each measurement:
Z
0,2mm. 0,1mm. 0,8mm.
0,3mm. 0,2mm. 0,0mm.
0,4mm. 0,6mm. 0,4mm.
Y X

I have no idea what could be wrong
Does anyone have a suggestion???????

Are the timing pulleys on your steppers drilled dead center of do you notice wobble when running? Also are all 3 belts tensioned the same?

Hello!

they were drilled when I bought them, and before I replaced the moving plastic parts, there were no problems.

I made a 3D PDF.
Error.PDF

Corner at the X is in 0mm over my glass plate
The other is deeper. ???

I have tried to adjust the screws to the limit switches.
But I see no Symmetria in the result.

I think I remove all the parts and measure them.
There is perhaps one that is crooked ???

I've looked at this page.
[wp.boim.com]
But can not find anything similar to the problem I have.
