Hi, your screenshot is not showing any information about the error received when connecting.
Could you make it more clear to us?
In Repetier you can set things like baudrate, this has to be the same speed as is defined in your firmware. If you don't know the baudrate, I suggest trying to connect trying out all different settings until you make a connection.
If you have never accessed the motherboard before, chances are you have to also do a calibration before you can print. But first let's see if you can get a connection.
