Hi,
When printing ABS I often have something odd happening, like if there was not enough material extruded.
This occurs not at the beginning, but anywhere during the print, and if I re-print the same part from the same file it can be somewhere else, or not at all.
That is weird because the machine otherwise works very well, I calibrated the extruded length, this is printed at very sow speed (40mm/s), etc.
I really cannot see anything different when this happens.
And of course if I pull on the final part the layers detach at that (or those) weak(s) layer(s).
On the attached pictures it is visible just above the two round holes over the entire perimeter of the part, and on the left side just below the middle of the left hole.
Any idea where this comes from?
