Pronterface using Slic3r not slicing

So when I try the "Load File" button on pronterface it should connect to my slic3r. The following is the exact readout from the right hand message portion of pronterface. I can't figure out whats going on. Why does it say "wide character print" and have crazy dimensions and will not show the sliced model or print? Any ideas why it's not working and how I can fix it?

I got same problem

Slic3r 0.9.9
[www.thingiverse.com] - top.stl

Probably I figure out the problem,
It depends on slic3r's "config.ini"

If you put some non ASCII characters (as a special national letters) to Print settings->Notes, then Slic3r try to write it via print or printf function and fails, becouse print and printf did not support characters "Wider" than ASCII.

Hope it helps and I hope that someone will fix Slic3r
