If you want to mesh them together so that they all print together layer by layer, then you have a job on your hands.
But if you arrange them on the bed so that you start with the furthest and move towards the home position, and if you make sure they are far enough apart that the hot end or any fans are not going to collide with previous prints, then it could be as simple as concatenating the files together.
