Slic3r wont launch after changing to exptert mode

Hi there,

When I set Slic3r to launch in expert mode, it wont start again. Everything works fine in simple mode. Currently running the latest version, 0.9.9.

Anyone?

Same with me..
for replace the simple mode I need delete the file slic3r.ini on the folder:
C:\Users\user name\AppData\Roaming\Slic3r\
And I don't know how acess to expert mode...

Is this a bug?

access to expert mode: file/preferences...->Preferences Window/ General/Mode:/ selecte Expert option click OK button.

That you said is to enable expert mode... they know how to do it... but when they change to expert mode slic3r wont start anymore...

It seems a bug in the 0.9.9 version...

I fixed this problem on my Win 8 computer today.
I am not 100% sure what fixed it, but i did several things:
Changed windows language from Norwegian to English. Tried once with default username, didn't work.
I created a guest account on the computer, which does two things. The obvious is a new account, but at the same time, my username changed.
The default username is Torbjørn, which contains the letter Ø that doesn't exist in the English alphabet.

Hope this helps others as well.

Edit:
Made two new accounts with Norwegian as Windows language.
One with, and one without Ø in the username. It installed fine with the username without Ø in it.
It didn't work with the username with Ø in it.
In my case it was obviously the username, and not the language settings in Windows that caused the problem.
