problem whit COM

Hello everyone, I have a 1.5 mendelmax card sanguinololu 1.3.
if I use-host repetier latest version for windows, he work well for a short time (150-340 layers total) then lose connection to COM port
Be like if I disconnect printer usb wire
You stop without giving error
If I try to disconnect and reconnect Repetier NOT FOUND error COM PORT
I have tried 2 different pc still same problem
who help me?

I assume you need to disconnect usb+unpower printer to get it working again?

That is a problem with the usb driver in combination with transfer errors where the windows driver hangs. You can try better shielded and shorter usb cable, eventually with some ferrite.

If you are using Repetier-Firmware you can disable motors etc with M111 S20 to test if communication without driver support is stable. I think all the motor stepping stuff causes the noise which disturbs the connection.

A little more information on what brand of computer, and which OS may help to find the cause.

As Repetier mentioned above, a ferrite bead on the USB cable can help, if the problem if from EM interference.
