E axis move need help

Hello every one,
I upload newest firmware to my Sanguinololu board.
When I test run 4 motors, only X, Y, Z motors works and E not.
I try change pin between Z and E that still has this problem.
I only test motor move, so I don't attach any sensor or thermistor. I use power and motor to run.
I don't know is that problem? I also try turn off all temperture feature in config file, but result not change.
I'm a newbie so I've still not understood the way it works yet.
Can anyone help me?

Without thermistor for the extruder, the extruder gets deactivated for security reasons, If you check the log you will even see a message saying there is a defect thermistor and the firmware is going into dry run mode. So that is no error and should work as soon as you connect a thermistor.
