When to go manual control and put button to z axis 10mm my 3 d printer go 20 mm feed.
I change many times feed rate z axis.
I have now feed rate 100 mm

The feed rate is how fast the axis moves. I think you need to be adjusting the steps per millimeter in the firmware

My feed rate to z axis to printer setting is 100 mm/min and when to put the manual control to z axis to move 10 mm my machine to move 20 mm.

Thats exactly what Jomo trie dto explain. Yout steps per mm are 100% to high. Set it to 50% of current value in eeprom settings and it would match. Thas has nothing to do with feedrate. Feedrate is speed and steps per mm influence distances.

Check the micro step jumpers on your electronics board.....
