What are reasonable speed settings to maintain quality of structural type parts?

MDF Mendel90 Frame
Layer Height: .25
I am using the Slic3r default speeds of:
Perimeters 30
Small perimeters 30
External perimeters 70%
Infill 60
Solid infill 60
Top solid infill 50
Support material 60
Bridges 60
Gap fill 20
I am printing parts for a friend for his build. Things take forever. What are reasonable increases in speed to quicken things up and maintain a good quality?
