X Axis issues

Well, I am so close to printing that I can nearly taste it!

Loaded v59 firmware and upgraded web interface.

Can jog all axes, and heaters work fine.

But the X axis seems to be an issue.

If I command it to go to say X100, it slowly moves but only to around X20. A getpos reports X100.

If I manually move the X axis to maximum then home the axis, it only moves to the middle of the arm.

Any ideas what could cause this behaviour?

All fixed.

I stripped the x axis and reinstalled.

I think I just overtightened the belt.

..and you could ad a bit more power to the step-moter with the M906 command in config.g but should not be necessary as the x-motor has very little mass to move, here's my line in the config.g, y-motor up a bit as it has more mass to move (alu bed, 4mm glass), extruder up should not be necessary any more, was from a change to Matt's heering bone gear that demanded a bit of conditioning to run freely:

M906 X800 Y1000 Z800 E1200 ; Motor currents (mA)
