Need help with connecting second fan

I have an Ormerod 1, and have printed Ormerod 2 heat sink and fan duct to replace the original heat sink and fan duct from Ormerod 1.

The second fan will be connected directly to the motherboard FAN0 pins. Now, is it enough just to connect it there, and set the settings in Cura/Slic3r when the fan will start spinning or do I have to add any G-code manually?
I read something somewhere about M106 or M160 but I am not sure so Im asking you guys.

Also, I want It to start when the temp reaches 150C, and to stop when it goes below that.

You can just set it in slicer and it will add the gcode.

On the duet 0.8.5 it is all you need to do. On the older one, I do not know.
