marlin rc extruder temp fail when sd enabled

Hi , i am new here and this is going to be my first topic. So be kind if similar subject has been allready been somewhere beacause i couldn't find sth.

I have a printer with Melzi board with atmel 1284p and recently flashed Marlin RC.I run through configure.h and made all required changes except enable sd support.I uploaded and everything run fine , stepper moves, bed and extruder thermistor readings etc. When i uncomment sdsupport and uploaded i faced this problem: in Repetier , when printer is just connected , i can see both temp reading but after a moment extruder reading goes to 0 C .SD can be mounted and works fine .If i reupload firmware with disable sdsupport , extruder reading works fine again.

Does anyone dealt with this problem or has any idea what is going on? I am not very experienced with microcontrolers but i supsect that maybe sd and extruder thermistor can share something like a pin or i don't know in firmware setup?

Printer was working fine for two years until extruder thermistor gave wrong temp leading to underhetaed nozzle, so i tried to upload again it's firmware but i couldn't find any especially for mine board so i came up to Marlin RC.

English isn't my native language so i apologize for any pain in your eyes.

Any ideait would be really appreciated!!
