I have a windows 7 ;toshiba computer and have downloaded marlin previously on a mac and another windows 7 computer. When i try to download it on this computer the only library that shows up in arduino is the first one that says marlin. I have downloaded and re-downloaded the file many times with no luck. Any help would be useful.

I'm sorry you haven't received a reply yet. Sorry, I don't know marlin. I hope your still not having an issue. If so I would join the IRC channel #reprap and ask there. If you don't get answers from that I would suggest you try posting to the official marlin issue tracker.
