I am having problems getting my steppers to move I they will just jerk or vibrate I realized I did not have the microstep jumpers in but when I placed them in still no change im running marlin pronterface mega 2560 ramps 1.4 and a4988 drivers is their something I could be missing in the firmware or on the ramps board ive tried 5 different drivers and all I kno to do this is my first printer build and im sorry if I sound stupid lol but can anyone please help me
Have you set the current on the drivers properly? Have you set reasonable speed and acceleration limits in your firmware? Have you properly calibrated the steps/mm for each axis?
