Hi guys
This is my 1st building for reprap mendel that i got it from reprappri.com
I am stuck in installing melzi processes
When i connect it to the usb port to test it
It work for 1 Min then it doesn't work
Is there any software can help to start
Or any other way
Can you give me please

Have you tried contacting their customer service? RepRapPro has a 1-year warranty, and provides help. You can look here.

it worked about 1 Min before it shut down.
do they have a contact number? because I couldn't find !!!
