I too have 1.2 on shell thickness, only thing different i have is the width, i cannot seem to find where to set it to 0.4 (I can only find first line width)Quote

i found that cura width setting should match the nozzle ie 0.4 nozzle 0.4 width, so i e 1.2 mm perimeter would give me 3 where as slicer i can say i want 3 perimeters

So , you're using cura...what errors on dimensions are you getting?Quote

i can't either i just assumed that trying to print either wider than nozzle or thinner just complicates things, because i print in slicer with 0.4 nozzle 0.4 layer height but cura doesn't like 0.4 it comes up a side note when trying 0.3 lower i prefer cura though faster slicer better quality prints
