Z axis Problem

i ordered a 3d printer from Max Micron - Aluminium Frame Dual Head & Auto Leveling 3D Printer with the Automatic platform leveling and height detection

i got it build and all but i cant seem to print anything. It will scratch the surface when i try to print something.

on the LCD when i move the axis it seems to work fine if i choose the X axis it will move to the right when i turn the knob to the right. The Y axis will move towards me when i turn it to the right. the Z axis will move up when i turn it right.

But when i connect it to my computer and use Cura and run the bed leveling wizard i see Buttons for Up 0.2mm etc but when i click the up button it will move the head down and when i click the Down button it will move it up. So when i try to print something it will move down instead of up.

As far as i can see everything is connected correctly as i can only put in the connectors in 1 way.

Can you flip the orentation of the z-axis plus on the printer controller board?
How about a picture of where they connect.

You could also change this line in Marlin then compile and upload:
#define INVERT_Z_DIR true

Try use Pronterface to move the axis
[www.pronterface.com]

they have install-able binaries here:

Look up Arduino. That is how you will change the firmware. I thing that is a Arduino and ramps board combined.
