So, I have my Prusa I3 together from a dyi kit. The axis all home properly and the hot end heats up correctly. My issue is that when I run the test print, it doesn't print. The hot bed and end all heat up properly but that's it. Do I have defective file, extruder, z axis or lcd screen. Please help!

Can you do a manual extrude? That would rule out the extruder. How are you trying to print? From sd, repetier?

Can you extrude any plastic out of the extruder? If not, your motor might be running backwards.
