Maybe someone can help. I'm going crazy here.
When I auto home before a print , z axis goes home then goes up a mm or 2 and grinds , when this happens I lose my calibration and it either slams into the bed or sky rockets 2 inches above the bed. The driver pots are at 1.09 according to my DMM. Endstop is on the left and plugged into zmin. The board is an MKS v1.4. I've updated the configuration.h file. Uploaded newest firmware. Lower / raised my z axis feed speed rate. I've even added z offsets and negative offsets. I'm at a complete lose. Printer is only 1 week old.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
