Recently I swapped the linear bearings of X- and Y axis on my Prusa against Drylin IGUS bearings.
I had a lot of crashed LCD-screens afterwards. I had that occasionally before, but now it's almost always after touching parts of the printer.
The air is pretty dry inside because of heaters in the room, so I conclude the reason for the LCD crashing is static electricity.
The reason, why it happens so often is, the X-carrier and the bed are now isolated by the IGUS bearings.
I'll try to loop a wire from bed and X carrier to GND and see if it helps.
