I feel like this is a bug, but maybe I am missing something.

Steps to Reproduce
Compile and run a print from either USB or SD card.
Expected behavior:
NO layer shift.
Actual behavior:
Layer shifts happen randomly. Trying different config options to attempt to isolate issue, Shifts vary from minimal to extreme.

If it is hardware, then it is an intermittent issue. All the electronics are RRD that previously worked great on Marlin (unknown version) before I rebuilt the printer I really want to use the G34 leveling so I want to use 2.0.X, but I am about through 2 spools chasing this problem and ready to throw it back in the parts bin.
