Suppress Z moves after homing
March 12, 2022 12:11PM
Hi,
my CoreXY DIY printer is equipped with a BLTouch. This one works well and is well set.
After homing (whatever homing is done : 1 touch or Bilinear) the bed moves down 10mm then 20 mm before the hotend moves to the beginning of the print and starts to print.
Due to the poor quality of my lead screws, I often get some inaccuracy when the bed moves back to the "0" position.
So I would like to suppress these movements : I want the hot end to start printing just after homing without moving the bed down then up.
I checked the gcode of my .stl files but did not notice anything wrong.
So, I think that I have to modify my Marlin but I do not know what to do.
Please help.
Regards
Thierry
I'm running "CONFIGURATION_H_VERSION 02000901'
