Printer with 5 extruders - Problem loading and unloading material

I have a custom printer with 5 extruders (octopus board) and a TFT70 (Bigtreetech)
I have enabled in marlin (V. 2.1.2) the functions for loading and unloading material
"#define ADVANCED_PAUSE_FEATURE" and related functions to be enabled.

Now when I go to the menu under load/unload the TFT shows me the "T0" extruder as active but clicking on the "hotend" button does not change anything and it always remains only on the first extruder

It also allows you to do the unloading of the material, the loading, but then once it has finished loading the wire it doesn't allow you to do anything more and whatever button you push a message appears saying the printer is busy and to wait for the wire to load.

Can you help me understand how to solve this?
