Yes and no
There are ways to embed the setting into the firmware, but it is very unlikely that they enabled it
If they enabled CONFIGURATION_EMBEDDING if you send the machine a M115 it will have the line CONFIG_EXPORT 1 and you can extract the configuration file.
If not all you have is M503 Report settings, which is far from complete but better than nothing
