I have Duet v0.85

Is there any way to add second heated bet to duet fw?
Second bed must be controlled and operate independently from main heated bed.

Bed will be connected to SSR.

I need this for large printer and two heated zones.

If you're only using one hotend, use E1 for it. Otherwise use one of the hotend pins on the expansion header. I believe you'll need to invert the signal if you use the expansion header.

You can use the PWM available on the expansion connectors :
Pinout for wired Duets are here : [reprap.org]

Look the pins 18,21,22,23 which are heaters PWM output.

David have written here [forums.reprap.org] that you can drive a 25A SSR directly from the expansion connector pins.

Simplest way is probably to pretend that your second bed heater is a chamber heater, assuming that you don't already have a chamber heater. See [duet3d.com]. If your bed heater is a low voltage one, see [duet3d.com] for recommended SSRs.

DC42 is routines for bed and for chamber heater the same? Both beds wil be work identically?

The chamber heater uses M141 instead of M140 to set its temperature, otherwise it behaves much like the bed heater.
