Build Chamber heater unable to tune.

So I have 24V 150W car heater from eBay (This one)

I have been trying to get it to autotune the heater but I get the following message, can someone tell me what this means and if there is any other way I can get it working.

Auto tune of heater 3 failed due to bad curve fit (G=9.5, tc=29.7, td=1.6)

The gain (G) looks infeasably low. Can you post a screenshot of the temperature graph during the tuning process? What target temperature did you specify?
