CoreXY ed asse Z

Ciao a tutti.

Ho assemblato la mia stampante 3D, sistema ultramaker o makerbot e scheda Minitronics 1.0, con la differenza che ho applicato il coreXY.
Con fatica sto modificando il Marlin, cambiato con l'ultima versione in quanto quella data da reaprapworld da dei problemi quando si attiva appunto il sistema coreXY, facendo girare male i motori.
Ho posizionato i 3 endstop meccanici e funzionano correttamente. Adesso ho due problemi principali:

1) HotEnd non si vuoi riscaldare, ho dovuto anche cambiare thermistor perché quello installato nell'estrusore non funziona quasi al 100% è bruciato. Per questo ora ho impostato la temperatura a 0 così posso provare delle stampe per capire se tutto funziona.
2) Quando lancio gli assi in Home l'asse Z si muove a passi, sale un pò e fa pausa per poi risalire, non è fluido fino all'arrivo dell'end stop. Quanto lancio la stampa gli assi XY si muovono correttamente ma il Z non fa altro che scendere di pochi millimetri prima di iniziare per poi rimanere tutta la stampa fermo, senza scendere oltre a fare dei strani rumori.


Incollo qua sotto il codice Marlin che sto usando, chiedendo a qualcuno di voi cosa c'è da modificare per risolvere questi due problemi:

Ciao, che bello! Hai fatto la versione CoreXY che volevo fare io (buccaneer docet).
Non capisco come tu possa far funzionare la stampa senza termistore sul nuzzle, hai impostato a 0 cosa? Il prevent cold extrusion?
Riguardo Z hai una perdita di step, probabilmente è una questione elettronica (o almeno indagherei prima quella). Devi assicurarti che la tensione che arriva ai driver (dovrebbero essere i RDV8825) sia quella giusta:

Mi fa piacere che ti piaccia, funziona benissimo anche se devo rifare delle piastre che avevo forato per la versione con guide IGUS (che non vanno).

Adesso l'asse Z funziona benissimo, ho tarato la vitina sulla scheda ad 1/4 di giro e vanno tutti benissimo senza rumori ecc...
Rimane da sistemare Hotend. Il termisto è inserito dentro la guarnizione rossa mi sembra si veda dalla foto. Il problema che da due giorni non parte proprio la resistenza che riscalda e anche sulla scheda minitronics non si accende più la luce rossa che indica il funzionamento. E' sicuramente da impostare sul Marlin. Se qualcuno potesse aiutarmi non saprei come ringraziarlo.

Il TEMP_SENSOR_numero indica il tipo di sensore, il tuo è un 100k quasi sicuro (perché sono i più diffusi) vedi se rintracci il tuo tra quelli in elenco:

Misura la resistenza a vuoto del termistore, con il multimetro, così vedì se è interrotta, almeno ci assicuriamo che non sia rotto. Assicurati soprattutto che i piedini del termistore non si tocchino, perché è molto facile che succeda ed entrino quindi in corto.

Ho cambiato il termistore che era bruciato ed ho settato i parametri nel Marlin che non mi facevano accendere l'hotend.

Adesso chiedo un'altra cosa:
Sto cercando di stampante con PLA 1,75mm nozzle 0,3, spingendo dentro il filo esce pochissimo pla dall'hotend e poi si blocca tutto, ho provato a tutte le temperature fino 265gradi.
Temo che la vite la quale posta il filo al terminale si scaldi troppo per questo non si riesce a far pressione piegandosi o allargandosi. Adesso ho tutto tappato e non so come eliminare il PLA dal passaggio.

Ciao, purtroppo non hai ventilazione ed un'adeguata dissipazione del calore all'ingresso dell'hotend. La PLA diventa morbida già a 70°C, e nelle tue condizioni è facile arrivare a quella temperatura, per cui poi non riesci a fare pressione con il coldend (l'extruder). Aumentare la temperatura non fa che aggravare il problema invece di risolverlo, ma questo l'avrai notato smiling smiley
Per risolvere devi stare calmo, raffreddare tutto e poi riscaldare a 180°C e aiutandoti con uno strumento che sia <= 3mm di sezione fai come farebbe uno spazzacamino, spingi e fai estrudere la PLA bloccata dentro. Ti consiglio di non estrarre completamente lo strumento fino a che il materiale interno non sia finito o fintanto che l'hotend è caldo.
Un po' di pazienza e tante prove. In bocca al lupo.

Infatti il problema è proprio quello, ho trovato una guida che spiega come modificare il pezzo per non far riscaldare il PLA in entrata, magari serve a qualcuno.
