If you are asking for a bonded loan of a set of printed Mendel parts, I'd strongly suggest getting everything else ready first.

No worries.
I don't have any parts to loan (or even sell), but if I did, I'd loan them to someone who's got their extruder running, their stepper motors turning, and all their stud, threading, and fasteners on hand.
And if you get to that point, and can't source parts even as a bonded loan, then sell your initial investment of kit to some other poor bugger.
