My advice, buy somewhere else. DIY Techshop is far from professional when it comes to emails and calls. I know I orderred the Prusa i3 Xl and received the small Prusa i3. they sent parts to make it an XL but they are not as shown on the pictures. If I had to do it again. ciutateivissa I was wondering about how you mounted the threaded rods on your Z axis motors. I see you have nice couplings, did these come with your kit? My problem is that I had orderred a Prusa i3 XL and got the ordinary prusa 8x8 instead. They are sending me longer rods and the larger bed. The couplings I have now are just plastic tubing so should I ask them to send me the couplings you havby thatsme - Prusa i3 and variants

How long does the PTFE tubing need to be for a perfect fit? Did you taper the ends? In your kit did you have the necessary cramps to join the thermistor to the wires going to your ramps? Mine had none so I had to improvise as it is said that solder will not resist the heat near the hot end.by thatsme - General
I have the little brass hot end from DIYtechshop. the nozze does not fit in the hole machinned in the block. Other people had the same issue? Do I have to blow torch the block in order to slide in the nozze? thanksby thatsme - General
