I really like your ideas. If you tell them I could say, why didn't I think of this before. With time I will include this. Looks like my todo list is growing and growing -) Filters are cool and there are many ways I could implement them. So just a few thought what could be done. 1. For non programmers: Add a Layer start/Layer end editor page that will be inserted between layer switches. 2. Defineby repetier - Repetier
I'm not fully satisfied with the current temperature monitor. Until version 1 it will go through a complete rewrite. I'm thinking of the following features for the next generation of the monitor: - Works with M105 results and Repetier temp. monitor feature. So all firmwares can profit of the monitor. - Shows exactly one hour of date. X axis will be the real time in minutes/seconds from the log. -by repetier - Repetier
I didn't get that reprogramming fixed the problem. Really strange error. But good to know if it happens to me .by repetier - Repetier

I reliable level converter is really needed. The results of unreliable sdcard communication are unpredictable. I tried your "stupid user scenario" with my windows box, but couldn't reproduce it. After disabling the firmware and reconnecting it, i had no connection also windows didn't signaled a disconnect. So no commands were send/received, but the host was still usable. After some disconnects tby repetier - Repetier
It's no EEPROM corruption if it happens half way. The EEPROM is only read at the start or if you change them, which you shouldn't do during printing. RAM corruption would need instable voltage, but could happen. The big question is what you did when it happened. Did you reset the board or just kill the job. You said manual extrude was possible, but was it after a restart, which reinitialized evby repetier - Repetier
Nope, it's I new parameter I havent registered till now. Will add it in the next release. Till then the default 1 is used.by repetier - Repetier
Version 0.46 DISABLE_Z/Y/X only worked at the end of a print, which was not correct. Now the axis get disabled after a move (if enabled). For updaters - only Repetier.pde was changed since version 0.45.by repetier - Repetier
I just had a similar question on my github account. After rechecking the code I saw the implementation is wrong. I fixed this in version 0.46 where the z-axis should disable between layers.by repetier - Repetier
Hi, you can do everything in the default mode. Left button rotate (rotates around the center of printbed) Middle button - Move view point Right button - select/drag object in editor In the long term I want a layer selector for visualization. But thats mutch work and has to wait until the mac version is ready.by repetier - Repetier

Hi, I fixed the problem in version 0.45. You can use your old configuration.h if you upgrade.by repetier - Repetier
Version 0.45 Just two changes - Fixed M109 command. Added TEMP_HYSTERESIS to force a band of temperatures for a period of time. - Changed fan commands. They don't sync with head moves any more. Waiting for the moves to finish empties the move queue and is likely to cause a little blob.by repetier - Repetier
Update sollte spätestens morgen hochgeladenby repetier - Software
I just checked the firmware and I think the problem is the firmware. Search in commands.cpp (around line 325)for case 106: //M106 Fan On wait_until_end_of_move(); if (GCODE_HAS_S(com)){ digitalWrite(FAN_PIN, HIGH); analogWrite(FAN_PIN, constrain(com->S,0,255) ); } else digitalWrite(FAN_PIN, HIGH); break; and uby repetier - Repetier
Well point 1, I'm not sure. If you move the slider you want to set the speed and that normally is the reason because you wan't it to run at that speed. So enabling the fan is a logical reaction. The real problem is command flooding during slide. As manual commands are always executed the pause in print can really happen. I will check how I can prevent this command flooding, like sending the commby repetier - Repetier
At the beginning I also had PLA jamming. Lowering the temperature stopped that for me. Just try 10° less. With PLA, temperature is not very critical unless it's to hot und flows too much back to jam:-)by repetier - Repetier
